We are continuing to cultivate the Transforming Community experience with younger leaders in mind. Our hope is that one half of the communities will represent the “next generation” of pastors, artists, organizers, influencers, writers, investors and teachers. We are welcoming men and women in their 30’s and 40’s who desire to be in God for the world. With prayerful consideration and intentionality, we hope to see Transforming Communities increase in their capacity to represent broader range of experiences and honor the beauty that reveals itself in diversity.

As those who have been through a Transforming Community experience, our alumni are always our best source of referrals because they can identify those who are ready to take a new journey of leadership transformation.
