Be a Guest with Us on a Transforming Community Retreat

Whether you are looking for a taste of this experience or you simply need a break from ordinary life to spend some extraordinary time with God, you may apply to attend a single open retreat as a guest. 

The majority of our guest slots are reserved for people who are currently in an active leadership role that allow them to directly influence the direction of their church and/or ministry organization. We also encourage current community members to invite spiritual companions, friends or spouses to attend with them during their community experience.

Note: In order to maintain the intimacy of each community, we limit the number of guest slots available for each retreat.

The cost to attend a single retreat in person is $700-$750*.

*Our costs have increased from TC19 to TC20 so you will see that reflected in the registration form.

The fee includes everything you need while on retreat: a private room and bath, five meals and daily refreshments. That is in addition to the six teaching sessions, eight worship services, and group spiritual direction.

The following retreats are each part of an ongoing Transforming Community®. A Transforming Community is a cohort of roughly 100 Christian pastors and organizational leaders on a two-year journey of experiencing deeper levels of spiritual transformation. There are 9 retreats on this journey. This application below is for those wishing to visit an ongoing Transforming Community for a single retreat.
