Burning bushes … It’s been a struggle, but I’ve realized that one of the things God is doing through my wife’s diagnosis with early Alzheimer’s, and her withdrawal from being conversational, is that he is inviting me to the quietness before him that I’ve said for a long time that I desire. I need to see and respond in this holy ground God is creating. Thank you for the words that highlighted this for me.

As I did my first read of Episode 2, by the end I had tears in my eyes just thinking of all the ways I may have missed an encounter with God while ridding the Ferris wheel of ministry “duties”. Working so hard to get everything done on time so no-one is offended by my tardiness. Time for a “time out”. I want to hear from my Lord! Thank you so much for this insightful ministry.
