Season 3: Episode 2 | Beginning with Spiritual Transformation
What is the best thing a leader brings to leadership? The answer is countercultural. Ruth makes a clear distinction between being healthy and transforming. Listen for an important question that needs to be asked first in leadership groups. A challenging question, but not hard to answer. Steve jumps in with an “asking for a friend” question that gets very practical for pastors and leaders. Join us for episode 2 because there is no direct flight to becoming a community for discernment.

I absolutely love this podcast! I have been learning so much and plan to take what I am learning back to my leadership and personal practice. The one thing is that during this season, the typing in the background (or rattling sound) is incredibly distracting. I just want to make sure I am not missing out on the amazing things being shared in this podcast.
Thanks for the feedback. I will go back and listen again.
