Alumni Survey: Is the Transforming Community experience transforming leaders?
We surveyed those who have completed the Transforming Community since 2001 and 85.5% indicated that the Transforming Community experience was very valuable and changed them in profound ways! No one indicated that the experience was neutral or not valuable.
We received an excellent response rate to this alumni survey and are excited to share the results with you. The questions were based on the five common themes that emerged out of the Pastors Summit Project (through a Lilly Endowment), that identified areas in which pastors and future pastors should pursue growth in order to establish their ministries for the long haul:
- spiritual formation
- self-care
- emotional and cultural intelligence
- marriage and family
- leadership and management
The full results are below. Rejoice with us as we thank God for his faithfulness in the work of the ministry to pastors and leaders.
