Resurrection of the Lord
Acts 10:34-43 OR Isaiah 65:17-25; Psalm 118:1-2, 14-24; 1 Corinthians 15:19-26 or Acts 10:34-43; John 20:1-18 or Luke 24:1-12

Song of Praise
Psalm 118

Oh give thanks to the Lord, for he is good;
His steadfast love endures forever!
The Lord is my strength and my song; and he has become my salvation.
His steadfast love endures forever!
The right hand of the Lord has triumphed; the right hand of the Lord is exalted.
His steadfast love endures forever!
The same stone which the builders rejected has become the chief corner stone;
His steadfast love endures forever!
This is the Lord’s doing, and it is marvelous in our eyes.
His steadfast love endures forever!
This very day the Lord has acted:
We will rejoice and be glad in it!

Response
Almighty God, who sent Jesus into the world to suffer, die and rise again for our sake, help us to experience your resurrection power within our lives today and always. We offer this prayer in the name and spirit of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
