The M. Robert Mulholland Scholarship Fund

April 2016

We are pleased to announce that the board of the Transforming Center has created a scholarship fund for pastors and leaders in honor of Dr. M. Robert Mulholland, Jr. This fund provides financial support for clergy and non-profit leaders to participate in the Transforming Community®,  a two-year experience of spiritual formation for leaders.

The establishment of this fund is our way of paying tribute to the enduring legacy of Dr. Mulholland as a scholar, author, pastor, and  follower of Christ,” says Ruth Haley Barton.  “By providing opportunities for more pastors and leaders to grow spiritually through the Transforming Community, we want to carry on the passion Bob had for preparing pastors to equip the saints for the work of ministry.”

“The M. Robert Mulholland Scholarship Fund allows us to support pastors who could not otherwise afford to participate,” says David Hughes, former Executive Director and now Ambassador for the Transforming Center.
